What you Eat
Based on the Phase 1 protocol
  • Breakfast:

  • Lunch:
    1 Ideal Protein Food. 2 cups of vegetables.
  • Dinner:
    8oz. Protein. 2 cups of vegetables. Supplements.
  • Snack:
    1 Ideal Protein Food. Supplements.
  • Additional Daily Requirements:
    2 liters of water at minimum.
    2 teaspoons of olive oil or grape seed extract oil.
    ¼ teaspoon of Ideal salt.

Chronologically, the body will first draw on its carbohydrate reserve before turning to protein and fat.

The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol is not a high-protein diet. It simply offers a variety of good, quality, protein-based foods that are easily assimilated.

Sucralose is a sweetener derived from sugar cane. It has zero (0) calories and is completely cleared from the body within a day, which means that it has very little impact on the blood and its glycemia.
